Rain
From under the umbrella walking home from work. Rain from the tropical storm moving up the coast has just started and is supposed to dump on us throughout the night and into tomorrow.

Weed
Little tiny flowers about the size of a pea on some weeds. Looks more and more cool the more you blow it up. (hey, I'm on a 12 day work stretch so don't expect too much)

On the Road Again
Heading back to Baltimore. Stop and go traffic on northbound I-95 south of DC around midnight. Creeping along at 5mph tends to lengthen the trip just a tad. It's enough to drive anyone crazy! (and this is on top of me getting a nauseous feeling every time I drive through DC, not sure why that is)

The Birds
I'm being invaded by ducks. Good thing I'm heading back to Baltimore tomorrow as these birds are giving me the evil eye. I think they are massing for an attack late tomorrow!

Dulles Intl Airport in DC
Spent last night at Dulles, tonight will be Louisville, KY. This pic isn't mine because I forgot my camera last night but it is a pic of Dulles.

Hurricanes
This was our backyard in coastal North Carolina after one of the last hurricanes. Water rose all the way to the house but not into the house. Lost 8 trees. I'm hoping Earl stays offshore this time as cleaning up after a hurricane is no fun.

Snowstorm!
Another terribly hot day here today and I'm getting real tired of it. Thought I would post a picture taken during the snowstorms earlier this year. Oh, how I now miss the cold!
